Congratulations to our graduate student, Farida Yasmin, who received the very prestigious and competitive award: “DeLill Nasser Award for Professional Development in Genetics” from Genetics Society of America (GSA). The selection is based on the significance of research, productivity including publication record, service and leadership. Only 9-10 graduate students/postdocs receive this award each cycle and twice a year.
